When will my flowers arrive?

You can request any future date for delivery by specifying a delivery date in the Special Instructions section during checkout. If no date is requested flowers will be delivered the day they are ordered if ordered by 7AM. Orders placed after 7AM will be delivered the next business day.

Are they delivered on the scooter?

As fun as that would be (for me), they are actually delivered in an air conditioned car. This helps ensure the quality of the delivered flowers.

How can I extend the beauty of the flowers?

A. Flower arrangements should be displayed in a climate controlled environment out of direct sunlight as the heat created by direct sunlight will shorten the flowers life.

B. Flower arrangements should be displayed in a smoke free environment to limit exposure to ethylene gas, which will shorten the life of the flowers. For this reason it is not recommended to store arrangements in a refrigerator. The same gases that spoil produce will shorten the life of the flowers.

C. Water should be added / changed on a regular basis. Using the included food pack will help extend the life of your flower arrangement. Foam designs can be challenging to water so using a sink or shower to soak the foam is recommended. In vase arrangements the stems can be recut periodically to somewhat extend the life of the flowers.

Why are some flowers available without a vase?

We encourage people to "recycle" their vases. For this reason we offer some flower arrangements in cellophane bags to allow you to use the vase of your choice. Vaseless orders will be transported in water and transferred to a bag at time of delivery.
